Unwind and concentrate at MIET AIR

If you do not want to stay as an artist in residence but want to work completely independently, you can also rent an apartment or pavilion for a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 6 months. You then live and work in a pavilion or apartment and do not use the workplace. As an artist you also do not leave a work of your own with MIETair. If you still want guidance or use of the workplace, extra costs will be charged. That goes in consultation but count on € 75 per day for guidance and use of the workplace and machines.

Costs for 1 week stay including 9% VAT, energy costs and tourist tax

€ 400 for an apartment

€ 600 for a pavilion

€ 25 for linen

€ 50 for cleaning costs

Costs for a minimum stay of 1 month including 9% VAT, energy costs and tourist tax

€ 800 for an apartment (€ 200 more each week)

€ 1,200 for a pavilion (€ 300 more each week)
